Assistant Brand Manager
About this role
Unicharm Myanmar produces and distributes personal care and hygiene products from its base in Yankin with 500 to 1,000 employees. The brand management team is responsible for the strategic positioning and financial performance of major hygiene product lines.
You will develop annual brand plans and promotional calendars for assigned hygiene product lines. You will manage the brand profit and loss statement including advertising and promotion budget allocation and conduct consumer research to identify market gaps while briefing advertising agencies on creative campaigns.
Required skills include brand P&L management, A&P budget tracking, and consumer research briefing.
This role directly precedes the Brand Manager position within the local FMCG structure.
