Role overview Coordinate administrative operations across Royal Care Plus's medical product distribution activities in Yankin. This role serves as the operational link between departments, ensuring that administrative processes support the smooth flow of medical products from suppliers to healthcare clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for product deliveries to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Manage office administration including correspondence, meeting coordination, and document control
- Maintain organized records for licenses, permits, and regulatory documents required for medical product distribution
- Liaise between sales, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve administrative bottlenecks
- Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking key administrative metrics
- Handle vendor and client communications regarding administrative and documentation matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in administrative coordination, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution industries
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English and Myanmar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
