Admin Accountant

About this role

Role overview Manage the accounting and administrative financial functions for Royal Care Plus, a medical product distribution company based in Yankin, Yangon. This role handles the financial recording, reporting, and compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical and medical device distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable for medical product purchases from suppliers and sales to hospitals and clinics
• Maintain accurate inventory valuation records for pharmaceutical and medical device stock
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management accounts
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations including commercial tax on medical product sales
• Coordinate with the operations team on product costing, margin analysis, and pricing
• Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining organized financial documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in accounting within the pharmaceutical distribution, medical devices, or FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Myanmar tax regulations applicable to the medical product sector
