Last updated: February 2026. By using ReferTRM you agree to these terms. ReferTRM is operated by Talent Resources Myanmar Co., Ltd., a licensed recruitment agency under the Ministry of Labor, Myanmar.

1. Use of the platform

You must provide accurate information when registering and when submitting referrals. You may not use the platform for fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Referrals and rewards

Referral rewards are paid in accordance with our published policies and only when the referred candidate is placed and meets eligibility criteria. We do not support MLM, predatory schemes, or conscription. Rewards may be subject to tax or other deductions as required by law.

3. Content and conduct

You are responsible for content you post. You must not share false, offensive, or sensitive information. We may remove content that violates our policies or the law.
