We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone in 09XXXXXXXXX format), when submitting referrals (candidate details with consent), professional profile data (CV, skills, experience), and usage data (pages visited, referral activity) to operate the platform and pay rewards.

We use your data to create and manage your account, match candidates with employers, process referrals, calculate Trinity Career profiles, communicate about jobs and payouts, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers in the Singapore region (sin1). We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Payment proof images are stored in private storage buckets. We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Myanmar law.

4. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We may share data with employers (for referral processing), payment providers (KBZPay, AYA Pay, CB Pay for payouts), and authorities when required by law.
