Leading retail sales operations on the shop floor involves a combination of direct customer engagement, inventory management, and team coordination. The Senior RS Staff at Innopex Company takes ownership of the customer experience within the retail outlets in Mingalardon, ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assistance to customers, answering product questions and guiding them through purchasing decisions
• Monitor and manage floor inventory, coordinating with the warehouse to replenish stock and avoid out-of-stock situations
• Ensure all products are displayed according to planogram guidelines and promotional setups
• Train, guide, and motivate junior sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards
• Handle complex customer complaints or returns at the counter, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Track daily sales figures and prepare end-of-day reports for the retail supervisor

Requirements:

• Significant prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or senior capacity
• Strong leadership abilities and a willingness to mentor junior colleagues
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient and professional demeanor
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and assist with store setup or inventory tasks
