Performance appraisals
Managers rate assigned staff on duties and skills. Workers complete a self check-in when an assignment exists. Those ratings stay inside the portal.
Workplace truth
Public company pages show hiring evidence. Review scores are published only after a privacy threshold. Empty evidence is not turned into a star rating.
